The Hoka Mach 5 has an all-new upper that uses a single layer creel jacquard engineered mesh. Stripped back, and with a lay flat tongue, it features an articulated heel collar for a more dialled in fit.
A new lightweight, but resilient foam formed into the Profly construction is used in the midsole, providing an instantly bouncy feel underfoot, for improved responsiveness and an energetic ride.
The new upper and midsole foams mean a decrease in the overall weight, already low thanks to the rubberised EVA outsole.
